Shambolic Service.
Ordered item & paid for next day delivery. Had notification for delivery but did not arrive. Website stated it was a successful delivery. Checked cctv & no one came. Day 2 still no delivery after getting notification of a delivery time. Day 3 exactly the same. Day 4 - success. Customer service is atrocious & delivery is shambolic. 100% not recommended.

Consistently Wrong Deliveries — DHL Fails Again
I ordered 100L of distilled water in 25L containers, and the supplier used DHL for delivery. DHL delivered the consignment to the wrong address yet again. I spent over an hour trying to locate it, and once I finally found it, it was impossible to move due to the weight and distance involved. For a company that claims to specialise in courier services, repeatedly delivering to the wrong address is completely unacceptable. This is not a one‑off mistake — DHL has made similar errors multiple times, and the service continues to fall far below any reasonable standard. If DHL cannot deliver to the correct postcode, they should not be entrusted with parcels at all. This was a failed delivery, a waste of my time, and a clear demonstration of DHL’s ongoing inability to perform the most basic part of their job. I rate DHL 0/10 for consistently substandard service.
