Been using Sensodyne for over 40 years
Been using Sensodyne for over 40 years. And it has worked well for me. I always had sensitive teeth and this was the first one I found and it has worked well for me ever since I started with it!

Was the best product on the market you can buy for the hire price then then others. Now you can see it is about the money and profits. This is the same as COLGATE!!! Wont even try using one of sensodyne products.

I am so upset that this company has…
I am so upset that this company has destroyed its own product. I have such sensitive teeth with thin enamel and allergies that make me react to a lot of toothpastes - it was always a toothpaste I highly recommended but the change from the old white paste to the inferior, cheap minty blue gel has made it just expensive and useless.

Ineffective. Don't bother!
Fairly recently, the colour of the toothpaste changed from white paste to blue gel. The disappearance of the original white colour and paste also brought about the disappearance of the efficacy of this product. Apparently, the reason for the change, although this is not universal, is because of: ... POSSIBLE health concerns linked to the ingredient Titanium Dioxide when it is INGESTED. There doesn't seem to be any evidence available to prove conclusively that ingesting this ingredient DEFINITELY causes DNA damage, only a POTENTIAL to cause DNA damage, yet the European Food Agency has declared it is no longer safe as a food additive and therefore it is banned! This restriction targeted FOOD products. The use of Titanium Dioxide in toothpaste, a product designed for topical use, to be rinsed off/spat out, has continued to be permitted, so why in the HELL have Sensodyne removed it as one of the ingredients in their toothpaste? Who on earth is EATING entire tubes of toothpaste? Titanium Dioxide, for those that don't know, is a white pigment/colouring agent, not the Bubonic plague! At least not yet. I have now tried 2 different types of Sensodyne toothpaste, all containing the new BLUE GEL, which I have found to be utterly USELESS. A product that I have been using for over 40 years is now no better than fresh air. To be perfectly frank, that is insulting fresh air! I am now going to have to look for something else that will help with my tooth sensitivity. I thought about using the Sensodyne Whitening but my dentist replied with a BIG NO, NO as it is too abrasive for anyone already suffering with tooth sensitivity. Why on earth do companies persist in chopping and changing well tested ingredients and then selling substandard products with the erroneous and misleading tagline that it is NEW & IMPROVED? I am bitterly disappointed and will definitely NOT be recommending this product to anyone, unlike before the changes took place!

Product sloopt je tandvlees en slijmvliezen!
Jarenlang Sensodyne Repair & Protect gebruikt naar volle tevredenheid. Op een zeker moment bleek de fabrikant gefuseerd te zijn met Haleon, de naam Repair & Protect kreeg opeens de toevoeging “cool mint”. Ik heb de fabrikant destijds hierover benaderd en die verzekerde mij dat het recept ongewijzigd was gebleven, alleen de naam was aangepast. Tot mijn grote verbazing werd er echter op een zeker moment besloten om het recept en de kleur (was wit en werd blauw) aan te passen. De tandpasta schuimde opeens veel meer dan voorheen. Na gebruik had ik een metaalachtige smaak op de tong, het gehemelte voelde branderig aan, kreeg ik een extreem droge mond en werd het tandvlees extreem gevoelig. Ik legde de link met de aangepaste receptuur echter pas toen ik via AI ben gaan zoeken naar een verklaring van bovengenoemde mondklachten en toen kwam waarschijnlijk de aap uit de mouw. Het extreme schuimen wordt veroorzaakt door een ingrediënt dat SLS (sodium lauryl sulfaat) heet en die toevoeging is funest voor je mond zo valt te lezen op de site vraag de tandarts, hierop staat “sodium lauryl sulfaat werkt sterk irriterend voor de huid en het mondslijmvlies” oftewel het is een agressief goedje geworden! Het gezegde never change a winning team is Haleon blijkbaar ontgaan.
