Setapp is a terrific company
Setapp is a terrific company. I had one of their apps years ago, but lost track of it until I found CLEAN MY MAC online this week and bought a year's subscription. I was VERY happy with the results, and told them so. I bought a long term subscription for the entire Setapp roster, and was notified by Anka (representative) that she was refunding what I'd paid for CMM alone. THAT's CLASS.

An essential tool - used daily
I've been a Setapp subscriber for many years; I believe the value offered by a monthly subscription is unparalleled in the software space. For the first time in my Setapp jourmey, I encountered an issue with an app essential to my IT consultancy workflow. After failing to fix the issue myself, I sent an email to Setapp Support. As a cynical old sysadmin I expected never to hear from them. Setapp support replied within minutes, pinpointed the issue and provided a solution, meaning I was up and running again with minimal loss of production. Highly recommended

Support requests are answered quickly and with a solution. The selection of offered apps is continuously improving. A perfect idea of using a lot of small apps.

I've subscribed to SetApp since they started…
I've subscribed to SetApp since they started several years ago and since that time have extended my subscription to include more Mac devices as well as my iOS devices. The core apps I use are no more expensive than the individual licences I previously owned and I have the advantage of being able to dip into the hundreds of other apps if I have an occasional need for a particular type of software. I'm writing now, because I've just had a very good interaction with the Support team, another reason why I think the subscription is so valuable.

Excellent customer service, and a good bang for your buck
The customer service is now excellent - I had an issue where I had previously tried setapp a few years ago PERSONALLY, but then now my work wants to use it and I still have the same computer... they graciously allowed me to have a free trial for my work account and were super kind! I found Setapp from wanting a few of the subscriptions they offer individually that I would've bought anyway, so it's working out great so far!
