I cannot rate the reassuring extent of knowledge and expertise Samantha Woodgate shared with us to us throughout from beginning to completion. Nor the level of personal support she provided to help us navigate our way through whole process. She is an amazing lady! ten stars every time!

Very High Recommend
Very High Recommend. The dream of finding a new home in France can so often become a nightmare; without Sam I don't think we would ever had realised our dream. She helped with the process, the paperwork, the language, the legal side. She was with us start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, she even helped us through a tight and sticky situation with my husbands health and rapidly approaching paperwork signing. Not to mention finding us that one in a million new home, that was just perfect for us. If you are considering this region, I highly recommend Sextant and especially Samantha Woodgate. My parents have just used Arnaud's services to sell their property in France. He provided an outstanding service from start to finish . Nothing was too much trouble & he was so helpful which made the process of selling via England much easier. We would highly recommend him & can't thank him enough.

House Sale
We have just sold our house in France via Samantha Woodgate who is based in Chamberet. She was excellent throughout the whole process. Samantha kept us updated at all times and went the extra mile to make everything very easy for us. Would highly recommend. Thanks Samantha.

Handle with care
In 2021 Paquita Colado from the Cote dAzur office wrote "as promised I will offer you a voucher of 1200 euros....at the final signature" on the apartment we were buying but this failed to materialise. Due to the lack of clarity from Paquita on important property condition issues we spent far more on legal fees with our French solicitor. Lack of professionalism continued as at the final viewing prior to signing Pacquita failed to bring all the keys for the property and later complained to the Notaire about us. First we were asked to write to Florence Marteau who did not reply, Then we were given the complaints email but there was no reply. After many calls we finally spoke to a manager who said each area acted independantly so there was nothing he could do, A stark contrast to their self congratulory response when a favourable review is published.
