SCAM! DO NOT BUY
SCAM! Do not purchase from this company, I wish I looked further into the company beyond their own reviews and social media. 1. Although a hat arrived, it arrived in a thin, cheap, aliexpress-style bag with a damaged hat inside. On the website, they advertise that all hats are shipped in boxes. 2. the hat arrived misshapen, crushed and looked nothing like the photos. 3. Both the hat and the plastic bag were covered in chinese labels, despite ordering a "handmade" item. 4. The item was shipped to me from Sydney (3 hrs from my location) not vancouver as the online tracking disclosed - despite the weeks of waiting that I believed was due to coming internationally. The chinese on the hat plastic actually has a manufacturing date AFTER it was allegedly shipped from vancouver. Also, it was shipped to me by a random Chinese man, not a company of any kind. 5. The materials in the listing for the hat was not the same as the material on the hat that arrived. My 30x beaver fur was very clearly (and labelled as such) polyester. The leather sweatband? satin tape... 6. The customer service sends you to file your paypal dispute with a fake scam email address that was just paypal@(random letters), trying to confuse purchasers wanting their money back. 7. The company is actually Loyaawqdsl Tec Co.Ltd, which has thousands of similar negative/ scam watch reviews! I had to file a dispute with paypal and thankfully got a full refund but please be careful and do not buy anything from this company.

Scan scam scam
Scan scam scam. Everything about this company is a shame. The quality of the hat is hot garbage. The website says it's shipped in a box, mine was a basic bag and came absolutely destroyed. The shipping information provided was a shame to make.it.look like it shipped from the US, but once I Peel away the labels everything is in Chinese. I wish I found the other review before I made my order.
