Very disappointing product and an unnecessarily difficult return process
I ordered Shapeshifter Nutrition Pure Whey Deluxe after reading the positive reviews and expected a quality protein powder. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The taste had a strong artificial, chemical flavour that I found very unpleasant. Much more importantly, it caused severe digestive problems. I rarely have issues with whey protein and have used brands such as Per4m and Optimum Nutrition without any stomach problems whatsoever. With this product, however, I experienced significant digestive upset, including diarrhoea, and had to stop using it. After switching straight back to Per4m, my digestion returned to normal, so for me the difference was very clear. To their credit, customer service did agree to accept a return. However, the return process became far more complicated than it should have been. I was initially told I could simply present a QR code at the Post Office, but the Post Office staff advised that neither code provided would work for printing the return label. I then had to contact customer service again before eventually receiving a printable Royal Mail return label. The parcel has now been returned using Royal Mail Tracked Returns, and I am currently waiting for the refund to be processed. If everything is completed promptly, I will happily update this review to reflect that. My disappointment is mainly with the product itself. It was one of the worst protein powders I have personally tried in terms of taste and digestive tolerance, and the confusing return process only added to the frustration.

Didn’t have the pre workout flavour in stock. They contact me and ask for a different flavour and gave me some free gifts for not having the flavour. Very good pre workout. Very good service.

You can tell they truly appreciate their customers, and they often include extra items in the orders, which is highly appreciated.
