Order not delivered. Customer Service not responding . Avoid!
Placed order on 9 December. Chased the company after a month as my order still hadn't been delivered and had received no updates. Customer Service have still not responded. Avoid this company!

Il pacco non è mai arrivato e loro non rispondono ne sulla piattaforma, ne via mail, ne al fisso ne su whatsapp. Dopo più di un mese non ho ricevuto né il pacco né il rimborso. Peggior esperienza mai fatta.

First time I've used shoes megastore
First time I've used shoes megastore. Ordered pair of winter boots for my son. Says would be despatched 1 November. No updates since. Tried to track delivery, says can't track until despatched. Says if a problem you have to contact seller - Fruugo. Can't get in touch with them as you go round and round and round on website trying to find out what's happening. Most frustrating. About 3 times asking to log into account and then come back to same menu. Don't mind if item is going to be late but are these companies legit because you can't even place an enquiry! It has option to cancel - select that and you have to log in again and taken back to the same menu. Given up! Who knows if boots will ever appear!

DO NOT order from this company
I ordered a pair of sandals in titamium and received them in Rose. I had to pay the customs charges to actually receive them which was a surprise. The web site says they will reimburse the customs charges. I notified the company that they sent the wrong colour. They first offered 15% discount which I refused. They then offered 30% discount which I was willing to take until I found out that they would not give the discount and refund the customs charges. Both amounts being similar, in reality they were offering me nothing for their mistake. I am now waiting to hear if they will refund me the customs charges if I return the shoes. I will never buy from these people again.
