Terrible Product and aftercare
Terrible Product and aftercare, the pan I ordered less than a year old and the non stick is pealing off in large quantitys, apparantly this is normal wear and tear and no covered. The pan is now a paper weight as it cant be used for cooking.

Beware!
Beware! These pans are NOT non-stick. In fact I have never used such awful pans before. I have contacted the company to request a refund and have been met with deafening silence. Please save your money and avoid!

Not to be trusted - pans are just ok but lids are all faulty and start to rust within a week of being washed, the handle seals are also not stainless steel so rust and the lid joints are also poor and start to quickly corrode - definitely not fit for purpose and despite my chasing their customer service team for over 3 months they have used every stalling tactic and excuse possible to delay my returning the goods - they even refuse to give me their trading address - thank heavens I paid on the credit card so they are now involved!!

Two failures in less than six months!
Two failures in less than six months — and then they blamed me I have owned this Novara pan for less than six months and have already had two problems with it. First, the handle fell off after only a few months. I contacted Novara and they had to send me replacement nuts to repair it. Now the cooking surface has started coming away in multiple places around the edge of the pan. I contacted customer service again and, incredibly, was told this was because I had used a metal utensil. Apart from being extremely disappointed by that response, their explanation simply doesn't address the problem I reported. The damage is around the edge of the pan, as my photograph clearly shows. A pan of this age should not have had a handle fall off and then have its cooking surface begin to deteriorate like this. What disappointed me most was Novara's response: rather than properly investigating the second failure, they chose to blame the customer. Very poor product durability and appalling customer service. I would not buy from Novara again.

Great alternative to duct tape!..
Great alternative to duct tape!... even when seasoned properly & preheated these pans stick better than a newborns nappy! ... shockingly bad,only thing worse is their refund policy! ... we gave these pans a good go, we seasoned & preheated each time, cleaned & well oiled before use... yet these are the worse pans ive ever come across. £700 in and I cut these pans before putting in the bin because I didn't want anyone else using them, & Novara wouldn't refund even though their product didn't perform to standard.
