Pimoroni has a very good online catalog…
Pimoroni has a very good online catalog with very quick delivery. The Engineer range of tools are made in Japan not China. They cost a bit more but they are made to a quality not to the lowest price. I have several pliers and side cutters and some cable shears all of the same make. Good tools are always a joy to use!

EU Shipping Trap
Pimoroni hiding that orders to the EU over €150 are EX VAT in their footer info-pages rather than making it obvious to the customer at checkout. Horrible checkout design that tricks EU customers.

I recently purchased the NVMe Base and Case for the Raspberry Pi 5 from Pimoroni. The prices were very reasonable, delivery was super quick, and everything arrived well‑packaged. I was genuinely excited to get this built and up and running. The kit itself is a decent‑quality bit of hardware, and once assembled, everything worked exactly as expected. It’s a great addition to the Pi 5 and makes the whole setup feel more like a proper mini‑PC. Overall, a smooth buying experience and a solid product that delivers on what it promises.

Bought a NVMe base from a supplier in Norway, package was missing 2 small nuts. Contacted Pimoroni support where I received fantastic help from Hayley, replacements was sent free of charge a short while after. 10/10 product 10/10 customer support Highly reccomended

If it weren't for the high UPS fees, I'd be satisfied with the service.
For a small package sent from the United Kingdom to Germany weighing 0.21 kg and valued at 23.25 pounds, 19% tax—8.25 pounds—was already paid at the time of purchase. UPS charged 22.85 pounds for shipping and is now demanding an additional 24.68 euros for fees and taxes. You did everything right, the retailer is responsible for collecting German VAT (19%). You are also not responsible for the additional UPS fees.
