doesnt honor warranty
i was loving them at first. til my necklace broke. they claim to have a life time warranty no questions asked. but when i emailed them about the necklace they never responded. The owner i have dmed multiple times so i tried to dm him and he didnt respond. then my ring broke and he just just asked if i hit it on something and that the ring wasnt covered. so i sent back a photo of the rings description stating "life time warranty" never heard back. will never order again. never

No chains delivered, no refund given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I made an order from them in November. I have not received the items and they will not refund the €259 euros I spent. I have bought from them before, and like the style of jewellery so much I used to wear a chain I got from them daily and when it broke got another one - but since they stole my money it just upsets me to wear it. Would never order from them again, they aren’t a reliable company. Avoid at all costs.

Still no product and still no refund after months
I placed an order with CHAYNE in November 2025 and was originally told delivery would be in January. After that, I had to keep following up myself for updates, and the explanations kept changing. At one point I was told shipping would resume soon. Later I was told shipping was still uncertain because of courier issues. Then I was told my order had been cancelled and that I would be refunded within 5–7 banking days. The refund did not arrive, and I later had to contact them again, only to be told that the refund had not gone through and had been “reprocessed.” At this stage, I still have no product and no refund, despite several months of waiting and multiple rounds of communication. What frustrates me most is not only the delay, but the lack of transparency and the fact that I had to chase them repeatedly for answers. I actually liked the products and wanted this to work out, but the overall experience has been very disappointing. I cannot recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Only Order if you don’t mind waiting long
Ordered November 30 and only received it March 5, almost 3 months. I emailed several times and they replied relatively quickly which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The explanations were always things like sick employees or warehouse issues but that still doesn’t justify such a long wait. The bracelet itself is good though.
