Absolutely dreadful company especially…
Absolutely dreadful company especially if you encounter problems with purchases I bought a Cafellfe coffee machine on July 17th on July 19th it died I created a return packed the unit totally in original box even including the outer cardboard box The seller is disputing my claim with highly ambiguous reasons one is received on bad condition the other is not received but I have proof of delivery Absolutely zero help from Shopee and the seller is obviously trying to scam me It's not the first time to encounter poor customer service on shopee had a previous problem with an oral b electric toothbrush that died but once again zero support from Shopee but as it was a low value item I gave up I strongly advise about buying electrical products on Shopee as they only support their sellers and not consumers

These people are scammers and no good try to buy a product from them after I already had paid for it they told me I had to go the app wouldn't accept the app then I had to put in my phone number so they wouldn't accept my phone number simply a rip off and a scam

Shopee Vip scam…
Shopee Vip offers 3 months Spotify but this doesn't work. Scam. Many sellers on Shopee sell counterfeit items and shopee does nothing to stop this. Also many fulfillment scams. I tried to order the same product 4 times, all from different sellers. NEVER received the actual product. Months of my money being tied up and wasting my time returning wrong product and terrible customer service.

Unreliable delivery via SPX = TOTALLY…
Unreliable delivery to my house in Thailand via SPX = TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Very stressful they often drop packages off 1 km from my house and the package shows up on my account as DELIVERED. One time the package was still at the SPX warehouse and it showed up as DELIVERED. Fortunately the picture taken as proof of delivery show the Geographic coordinants, thus you can start searching the internet for the location. Then you have to go through several days where Shopee review the case. You can easily spend an hour or more with all the back and forth documentation they require. On top of that, much of the instructions are in Thai, although English is selected in the app. Often they want a video or picture as proof for non delivery. HOW ON EARTH DO YOU DO THAT? DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Same problem, how do you provide a Video of an SD CARD that is not working. COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS I still have it. An Icemaker from Panasonic. I contacted Panasonic that confirmed the icemaker was not manufactured by them. Shopee give you a very short window to PROVE that there is a problem. Thus I still have a defective SD CARD and a COUNTERFEIT Icemaker. At Amazon, such issues are all resolved in seconds with the click of the mouse. REMEDIES FOR DELIVERY ISSUES. Select COD (Cash On Delivery) OR Order from Lazada... PS Shopee would get in severe trouble if Amazon move into Thailand.
