Extremely Bad Service. I don't trust them.
I'm going to join the many who have complained about the rotten service they have received from this company. They use the name ShopKlix.net on their website, but when you ask for Customer Service, in their eMails to you, they call themselves Orders4.me. Important tips that I would give if you do buy from this seller are: 1) I wouldn't trust this seller with my debit or credit card number. Instead, I used PayPal, and I was glad I did. 2) Take screenshots of what you are buying, in case you may need them later. Use screenshots to show what features you want to focus on to prove why you bought the product. Then, in the Firefox Settings, I chose Print, and then Print to Microsoft PDF, so I would have this to show the entire website in PDF form to PayPal. First, they took about a month to deliver the package to me. They were not in any hurry. Then, because it originated in China, it took forever to get to me, even once the shipping began. When I finally did receive the package, I was very disappointed. Firstly, it was a Nooro Foot Massager Pad, which comes inside a lightweight cardboard box, the kind that you would find hanging on a display shelf at your favorite electronics store. They did not put it in a shipping box to protect it. It was simply placed inside a thin plastic bag that was taped closed, and a shipping label was affixed. This plastic "envelope" didn't even have any bubble wrap inside -- nothing there to protect the product from shipping damage! And, of course, it didn't look good when I received it. It looked like someone had taken it off the shelf and stomped all over the box, so it was crushed in many places. Now, this is a footpad, which is only a thin sheet of plastic with electronics inside, I found, after PayPal told me that I didn't need to send it back because the seller didn't want to pay for return shipping. When I tried it, because of the shipping damage, it didn't work, so I'm glad that I did get that refund. I sent them eMails to complain about how it was shipped and told them it looked damaged, and that it didn't come with the remote control that their webpage showed it came with. They only sent eMails each of the 4 times I sent them an eMail, each time saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience". They said the picture of their website, which showed the remote control, was not from their website, even though it was. They said it did not come with a remote control and would not explain why the "What's in the Box" picture showed it. Then, in my final eMail, when I gave up on trying to work with these clowns and asked for a refund because of all the reasons I mentioned and because I was afraid that, because of the way they mailed it, it was surely damaged, they said they would only give me a 10% refund if it would make me go away. They would not honor the "100% Money Back Guarantee" their website claimed, nor did they honor the extra guarantee that I paid extra for. I ended up having to ask PayPal for help in getting my money back, and because of all the documentation I mentioned above, PayPal gave me an instant refund, and the case was closed the following day.

I actually had tried to order PowerPro…
I actually had tried to order PowerPro Genius and thought that was what I was getting until they arrived and see I was sent Power Factor Saver, but they use Power Pro imager on front of picture and order. This company is a fraud as my order said PowerPro and used Power Pro emblem on their order. Power Factor Savers are nothing but a waste of money. Plus it took 11 days to arrive so by the time the return time of 30 days was up you did not have a chance to see any benefit. I don't think the company cares or will ever read this or even reply.

Never order from this sham company
I saw their ad on Instagram for the OsicClear retainer cleaner and purchased it for $99. I did not get the extra warranty, as I didn't think I would need it on a $99 product. I've only had it for 3 months and it no longer works and when I reached out to customer service, they said that because I didn't get the additional warranty, there's nothing they can do. NEVER order from this business!
