Not getting refund
The App is completely fake, I ordered an earbud then I had changed my mind so tried to cancel the order that time the order was under processing, Then mailed them to cancel my order, I messaged them in whatsapp, even I got a Call from them 'why do i want to cancel the order' even after that there was no response, then I again sent them mail but there was no response. They have no conscience. They claimed they are no. 1 just to deceive their customer I have read all the reviews and the negative reviews they got, they directly claimed that these reviews are to ruin their reputation and even completely denied that that person is not their customer. I have sent them so many mail to cancel the order and refund but there is no response at all. I am not giving my order id in this review. And you all will see they will deny that I ever made any order from this app. Not to fall in their fraud I don't know about missing product or used product but how they are handling my issue i think all these negative reviews are real.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience with Shopivision I ordered Zebronics Pro headphones in Sea Green, but received Black on 15th August. I raised the return request the same day, yet after repeatedly contacting customer care through calls and emails, there is still no proper resolution. Now, instead of resolving the issue, they have come up with another excuse: they claim they cannot verify whether the unboxing video I submitted is actually from Shopivision. Seriously? Why would I be contacting Shopivision and submitting an unboxing video if I had received the correct product? It honestly feels like they are deliberately delaying the process until their 7-day return/replacement window expires so they can eventually reject my request. To make matters worse, after looking at the headphones properly, I noticed that the ear cushions/earmuffs are damaged and the product quality itself is extremely cheap. I haven’t even used them. The customer service has been rude, unresponsive and extremely unprofessional. I have asked for a simple return/refund or replacement with the Sea Green colour I actually ordered. I have also repeatedly told them that I am leaving town and won’t be available until 15th September, yet they continue to delay. If this isn’t resolved, I will be taking the matter to the consumer forum/legal authorities. Extremely poor product, terrible customer service, and an exhausting experience. 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t an option.
