AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This site is con job. The fees are high and they keep deducting from your credit card. They make it hard to cancel and then they will not refund the money.

Subscription continues unnoticed despite cancellation
It is an advertising site where many professionals also advertise. You can actively approach them for a fee. This payment is then directly linked to an expensive subscription. If you cancel, you do not receive a confirmation email. For unclear reasons, my cancellation was later reversed, causing your subscription to suddenly become active again without you noticing, and money is being debited from the credit card.

Las Vegas Scam
I created a trip to Las Vegas. I wanted to experience some real local stuff so I waited for offers. Several came, but only from beautiful guides that asked for WhatsApp. Then not offering tours, bus asking a deposit of $200 through PayPal. Yeah right. For Las Vegas, do not bother. It’s a big scam trap.

Im as a tour gudie there. Ive received many ippropiate, often sexual messages. after reporting to police and later writing to customer service I had absolutely no reply. Moreover I see their account are still active!!! This company is absolutely riddiculus

A bad experience years after a period of great satisfaction
This platform became very popular in the second half of 2016, and between August 2016 and December 2017 I used it several times to meet local people in various countries, and I was very satisfied with both the platform and with the meetings I had. However, I realised that, over time, and especially in most recent years, the quality of the service worsened: most of the "local guides" hadn't use their profile for a long time and didn't reply to the messages, fake or ambiguous profile rose and the terms for using the service, including payment and subscriptions, became less clear. However, after several years, in January I decided to reactivate my profile and try using the service again to book a meeting with a local in Lisbon. I paid the subscription for one month, contacted a user who had several good reviews and agreed to meet in front of my hotel. Then, on the very same day, that person first gave him his coordinates on WA very near my hotel but then, after only a couple of minutes while I was looking for him on the street accompanied by a colleague of mine (who, however, would not have shared the tour), this person did not reply to my messages and calls, and much later wrote me that "he had an emergency and had to go". Curiously, "in the middle of the emergency" he had time to enter the app and cancel the tour. I realised that he may have seen my colleague and decided to disappear after that, and this made me realise that, for the first time, maybe I was getting myself in a risky or even dangerous situation. Also, as it happened to various other people, I realised that I was being charged every month, and not just for the month I wanted to use, only some months later. Fortunately, I managed to un subscribe without significant issues. I am very sorry to see how this platform, which had a very good start about 10 years ago, slowly worsened and lost credibility
