The skateboard I received had different…
The skateboard I received had different wheels I received white. It was advertised as complete with orange. I was very disappointed. Also no free T-shirt enclosed. They said free delivery, yet no mention that UK clearance tax had to be paid to receive the delivery. Clearly this company is aware that customers will have to pay out again to return items, so unlikely to do so. A figure to cover the cost of the wheels was offered after my second email which I appreciated. This compensation however does not cover my time and effort to get the wheels refitted, emailing, disappointment and no T-shirt. They have now gone quiet. They did not respond to my last email. I request customer services to respond to my last email, to compensate promptly and approprately.Order number 1368478, EZILMWPYR.Otherwise they are violating the warranty. Thank you. Clare Bateman.

Cheap experience
150 euro deck has arrived without grip, it could cost them like 1 euro per half meter maybe? BUT yes, no grip. ook.... Free t-shirt not included as promised for a ''system bug'' they said. Only way to get it is to redo another 150 euro minimum order. SICK! No stickers? Other users got them from what I can see on socials and stuff. Another bug maybe..? SICK! Yeah..they are called ''sick'' for a reason then, I do understand now... they make their customers physically SICK!

Terrible customer service.
In short: the skateboard I received does not match the configuration shown in the pictures/described in the listing. More than a month has passed without any meaningful resolution. They did not even respond to my last two emails, which I sent weeks ago. The customer service and complaint handling are completely unacceptable.

I placed an order and forgot to include…
I placed an order and forgot to include the free t-shirt. I immediatly emailed them to rectify the situation. No answer to my mail. To my great surprise,when I oppened the package, I found my t-shirt inside.Excellent customer service! Thank you! PS: This was my first order from SICK, but certainly not my last .
