This product didn’t work on covering my…
This product didn’t work on covering my grays I understand that happens - I’m not knocking the product but I am their responsiveness. As of now I’ve made 3 requests to return the product with no response. My first request was well within their 60 day return policy. It’s fast approaching 60 days and the expiration of the return window. I understand the company is looking for more information about my review. It’s simple, 3 requests for a refund sent to the email that I receive marketing ads from have gone unanswered. After writing this review the company contacted me and suggested I check spam. I did and there’s no response there and I explained I receive their marketing emails from the same email I sent my refund request to. No response to that individual’s email (also on copy was the same email address I’ve been sending my requests to). I referenced my order number in the original request for a refund. What more information could I provide?

I was a first time user of this product. I was intially apprehensive since I have Auburn hair and it is difficult to find the right match. This product is spot on with hair color and the simplicity of using this product has been fantastic. No messes or any real clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience with this dye
I recommend that people with light hair be very careful with this product! I bought a light brown color to apply to cover my grays and decided to dye my whole head to use it as a toner....and even though I followed the directions, my hair is dyed almost completely black, with patches where the gray isn't covered and patches where my prior color is showing through .....and I don't know how it could look any worse than it does right now! I asked for a refund and I will be spending the day using Color Oops and trying to tone my hair back to some decent form of light brown using a demi-permanent color by another brand. This is one of the worst dying experiences I've ever had in my entire life.

Clever packaging . That's it.
Clever packaging. That's about it. Other over the counter products work better and last longer. Too pricey. Not worth it for me. Roger B.
