Awful experiecnce
Awful experiecnce. had them for a couple of years. waited up to 6 weeks for a response sometimes. have chosen another company recently, but still get tax data requests from Singularity. Singularity Portal broken so I can't look up old data for my records and they have ignored requests from my new tax agent. The new company checked with DE authorities and found our 2024 annual VAT hasn't been filed! Zero trust in them.

Please stay away
Please stay away. I paid for their services and after a few months they completely ignored my calls and emails repeatedly. I had to go hire somebody else to help with the mess they left behind.

Do not use this company at all - they are now bust.
Do not use this company at all - worst experience I have in my career so far. - No response from their team at all - They do not send you filings or tell you if they have filed - We have had multiple audits from tax authorities as they have not filed Singularity are cheap, but they are not a functioning company and will definitely cost you thousands in fines and non-compliance.

I would not recommend Singularity.
I hired them to manage my Amazon account and submit my VAT returns. During the first few months, their service was good, but after that, they stopped submitting my VAT returns without informing me. I tried contacting them several times by phone, but their phone number was not working. I also sent multiple emails and never received a reply. I was left without any support or explanation. Because they failed to submit my VAT returns on time, I had to hire another accountant and pay an extra €500 in late-filing costs. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company. If you are looking for a reliable accountant to manage your VAT obligations, I recommend staying away from Singularity.

Singularity - Awful service and hard to get hold of
Worked with Singularity (probably outsourced by Avalara) in 2024 to file my vat retuens in Germany. There is a problem with one of the returns, and their support team are impossible to get hold of and when i have got a response, they haven't shared / unwilling to share any of the work they submitted for me. For me, this means I have paid them a larger amount of money to not successfully file anything or manage my VAT accordingly. Hopefully one of their support team reads this and contacts me. Disgraceful
