I’m on my fifth pair of Pinnacle shorts…
I’m on my fifth pair of Pinnacle shorts but after buying three pairs for my annual holiday this year, whilst there, on one of the pairs the stitching on the mesh inner started to come undone. Once home I contacted Sink and my email was answered very swiftly by Lauren. After simply sending a photo of the defect a new pair was sent out immediately, no quibbles, no emailing back and forth, just instantly, honouring the garments two year guarantee. Frankly, their customer service was refreshingly efficient and pleasant, reaffirming my confidence and regard for their products. As for the shorts themselves, the fact I’m on my fifth pair (though much of that was due to having to drop a size from large to medium!) and quite happy to spend the not inconsiderable amount of money on them should say it all. They are very well made (small defect with one pair aside), have proven extremely robust over many uses and washing, dry really quickly and get so many compliments as they look so different to most other shorts out there. For me, the fact I can wear them as actual shorts during the day while out walking, browsing shops and the odd beer and bite to eat and they look so expensive (which I suppose you could say they are but trust me, they are so well worth it) is a real plus point. Their fit is excellent, not too short and certainly not too long and the hardwear just adds that touch of class. I can’t recommend their Pinnacle shorts (I haven't tried anything else of theirs just yet) enough, they are truly so versatile and impressive to look at and wear, plus their customer service has just put the icing on their cake for me. Fantastic all round.

Beautiful shorts and exceptional service
Beautiful shorts and exceptional customer service! I absolutely love the Pinnacle Tailored Shorts — they’re beautifully made, stylish, and look fantastic on my husband. There was a bit of a journey getting them to us, with a lost package and then a sizing mix-up, but the customer service throughout the entire process was absolutely wonderful. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They promptly shipped out a replacement and made the size exchange so easy. It’s refreshing to experience such thoughtful and genuine customer care. We’re thrilled with the shorts and look forward to adding more Pinnacle styles to my husband’s wardrobe. A beautiful product backed by a truly wonderful team — highly recommend
