The pick up and drop off went smoothly
The pick up and drop off went smoothly. Friendly staff at the pick up office. We experienced minor issue (mechanical related) and road side assistance was available in half hour. It was assuring that they arrived and they followed up.

Renting a car through Sixt was a…
Renting a car through Sixt was a pleasant and seamless experience. From pick up to drop off the process was simple & effortless. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. Our car was upgraded for free because they were out of the little Rav 4 I selected. Vehicle was clean and easy to operate. I would definitely rent from Sixt in the future and highly recommend to my family and friends.

Rented at PDX. Counter check in was great. Went to pick up car. Took a video of the entire car noting some scratches on the passenger side of the rear bumper. Left the garage and returned 2 days later. Upon check in, the attendant instructed me to pull closer to the car next to me. It was very tight and the attendant instructed did not offer any help to me to vacate the auto. Did not even open the door as he passed around to inspect the car. He noticed the scratches on the rear bumper and noted them. He was told that they were there upon our checkout. He stated that it was ok. When we arrived home, we received an email from SIXT that a claim was being made and asked for our insurance carrier. Attached was a photo of the exact damage that we had videotaped at the time we left the garage. We responded to the email we received and included the video and explanation. Our return check in occurred on Aug. 25 at approximately 4:40 PM. We have not yet received any response to our explanation and video that was sent in. FYI, this is the second time we experienced a suspicious action while renting from SIXT. Consequently, I would be very leary of using your services for my future travel.

Positive experience all around. Good price. Nice staff. Great car. No problems. Easy pickup and drop off. Didn’t wait for shuttle.

Everything was exceptional as always…
Everything was exceptional as always with this company. For years and years Enterprise was my go to company whenever I needed a rental car until I tried Sixt. Every time I’ve rented with Sixt the service I received and the car I received have been exceptional. They are now my go to company whenever I need a rental car.
