SAFER GAMBLING AKA THE GESTAPO

I play on a number of skillonnet casino sites; play ojo / gentings / prime / slingo to name but a few and I would give most of theses individual sites a five star rating. However their safer gambling team ( aka THE GESTAPO ) is slowly but surely making it more and more difficult to play on these sites. I understand that all casinos have an obligation to protect problem gamblers but this team is well over the top, they are rude, bombastic and I believe dishonest. A few examples of the dirty tricks they get up to: *impose 48 hour chill outs without any warning * impose blocks on offers/bonuses without any warning *change deposit limits without reference or warning *manipulate limits by not putting withdrawals into the calculation, basically breaking their own rules The last time they imposed a 48 hours chill out on me was totally out of the blue while i was on a bonus feature which resulted in me losing the remaining 30 spins. They just do not care about people and ride roughshod over customers. I hope someone from skillonnet management gets to read this; because I just do not think they know how their companies are being run. I urge people who may have had issues in the past to think carefully before joining any skillonnet casino due to the over the top and vindictive safer gambling team that they use. This is a great pity, because they have some great casinos in the group_!!! I NOW HAVE TO GIVE THIS ORGANISATION ONE STAR, PURELY ON THE BASIS THAT THEY ALLOW REALLY VICIOUS PEOPLE TO RUN THEIR SAFER GAMBLING TEAM!!!

Tbf I was having a blast on miami…

Tbf I was having a blast on miami jackpots was winning a fair bit yes didnt win everyday but when I did I was always winning pretty much what I put in if not more, then I win a lovely 3.5k absolutely buzzing but since that it seems like my account has just had the rtp switched off haven't won anything in weeks again I understand you dont always win but it's just abit strange either way I think miami jackpots is great still haven't tried many other sites only reason im giving 3 stars

This company is dreadful

This company is dreadful. Signed up to jackpotstar user: jmacca20277!, upon sign up it let me deposit ect then said i cant play as im excluded but still took my money? Been waiting for my refund from the 26/05/26 after they asked for my bank details to send it back to me and still havent, sent numerous emails/live chat and no response. I have now opened a visa dispute with my bank. Absolute scum bags

However within this short space of time you did manage to make a deposit and a refund request was added to your account. On checking our support team reached out kindly asking you to provide your banking information so that we could complete the refund. However we can see that we asked for the information to be double checked as the refund transaction was rejected when we tried to reimburse the funds. I think this company nay have to be…

⁶I think this company may have to be investigated. Played a while back and wasnt great on returns. I thought fair enough just a bad run ill have another go. Second time even worse .........rtp probably 10% and thats being genorous. Win loss 700pound in 31days Net loss 1500 pound very little big wins or withdraws........the maths dont add up.......dont mind losing but seriously. Thats across genting casino,slots magic,spin genie and slingo.......all skill on net platforms no wins over 100 pound.
