Sophisticated design and excellent customer service.
I’ve been using SKT products for ten years because I love their sophisticated designs. However, due to my own lack of technical knowledge, I used the product without performing any maintenance; eventually, it couldn't keep up with newer versions of PHP and WordPress, leading to issues. I had practically given up hope—after all, it was a ten-year-old product—but the support team fixed it in an instant. Even for a product from a decade ago! SKT themes are fantastic products, but their support is truly exceptional. Considering how long you can use them, they offer incredible value. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional support that exceeded my expectations
I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I encountered a very difficult technical issue that completely prevented Elementor from editing any page on my website. Awesome products with excellent customer service
I always come back to SKT Themes and have been doing so for over 10 years. Three reasons. 1 - Beautiful and usable themes, 2 - Plenty of detailed support documentation, 3 - Awesome customer service (sincerely). Although I listed customer service in last it is the most important to me. That alone makes the price of the products worth it. This is a good company that has been there for a long time and I like them very much.
