Quality and Professionalism combined
After designing a custom skin for my Pixel 9 XL Pro I found Slickwraps with its options for uploading images, resizing and repositioning. I received it yesterday and after an easy installation I love the look of my phone. Our daughter saw it and Oooo'ed, saying it was me to be sure. True to their advertising, it was shipped within a week. The only glitch happened at the USPS facility to which it was submitted with a tracking code for me and was subsequently misplaced. Yet, the Jess and the customer service group at Slickwraps responded with prompt correspondence; a suggestion to give it a bit of time for them to check to ensure it was lost; and when that was confirmed, offered a replacement at no cost and with First Class International Post at a reasonable cost. Glitches happen with any business but the manner in which they are addressed is the sign of professionalism, which this company (along with the quality of its product) has in spades. Very much recommended by a satisfied customer in Canada.

Their support was prompt, incredibly friendly, and genuinely focused on ensuring I was completely satisfied. As for the product itself, the skin is top-tier: Precision Fit: Every cutout lines up perfectly with the device's ports and curves. Durability: The material feels premium, offering solid protection against scratches without adding bulk. Easy Application: Thanks to the quality adhesive and clear instructions, it went on smoothly without any stubborn bubbles.

Great
All good here. Delivery took 17 working days from US to the UK. Comms were good and my wraps arrived with no issues, the fitment and quality of the cutouts were perfect for my ThinkPad, really happy with the new look. Keep an eye out for deals, there is often good discounts, i missed out on 40% off my order by a couple of days.
