Arrived destroyed. (Resolved) Good company
Update** Reached out Slik Graphics and sent proof of items being damaged. They priority made and shipped and new set of decals to replace damaged ones. Amazing customer service and will use again as they’ve earnt the trust of a customer. The original product was of good quality but did not survive shipping, I can’t blame Slik Graphics for something outside of their control. Good people! Original**Gutted. Ordered FOX 38 Factory Decal Kit. Bent and destroyed on delivery. Had to throw them straight out as unusable. The product looked great. But packaging didn’t survive shipment to the UK and hence product damaged. Guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.

Poor fit and disappointing resolution
I ordered these decals specifically for my Reserve 30 HD aluminum rims, but they were too large and extended past the edges of the rims. I sent Slik Graphics photos showing the issue, and they initially told me the measurements came from Reserve and suggested trimming the decals myself with a scalpel. To be completely fair, they also offered to have me measure the decals so they could potentially send corrected replacements. However, after already installing them and attempting to trim them, I wasn't interested in going through the process again. I was disappointed with the product and simply wanted a refund. I explained this in my last email but did not receive a response. I ultimately removed the decals completely. I appreciate that they offered a possible replacement, but for decals sold specifically for these rims, I expected them to fit correctly without having to measure, trim, or modify them myself.

Absolutely scam of a company
Absolutely scam of a company. No graphics, no refund, just some garbage customer service trying to fluff you up. Please save yourself a massive headache and order elsewhere.

I have been close to 3 months waiting…
I have been close to 3 months waiting,they say response times 24 hrs not the case always at least 3days,very usual to be longer this instance 7 days if they respond on Monday. I have had delivery all be it still not completely what I ordered,worse than that my parcel has missing and damaged decals which although maybe not slick fault they are my supplier,the envelope looked like it had been kicked from collection to delivery I spent 3 days tracking down my parcel which was claimed to have been attempted to deliver,which was not the case,they would never have delivered as there were unpaid vat and duty on the goods another £75 cost on top of what I consider high priced priced decals. Although there are some very good reviews on here that has not been my experience,I have been dealing with two people being Robert and Ruben I have all transcript for every single conversation,and I do not consider apologies and thanks for patience to be considered customer service I have in my last email that if missing and damaged items are not resolved at close of business Monday I will be asking pay pal to raise a dispute in the case of goods not fit for purpose and I will be seeking not only decal price but duty for goods as well,not happy at all would be my advice if you want to avoid stress do not use this company
