NOT TO BE TRUSTED. When lens developed a fault they denied responsibility then ignored me.
I bought a 100 - 400mm zoom lens for £1248 on 17th September 2025. In August 17th 2026 I reported a problem with the lens. Their phone lines do not answer. Emails are ignored. Facebook messenger eventually got a response saying my warrantee covered parts but not labour. When I pointed out that UK law gives them the obligation to fix or replace the lens at their expense within a year, they went entirely silent, and it's been 9 days now with now word from then. So - in my view, they're crooks, content to ignore UK law and push you into losing your legal rights to avoid financial consequences.

£50 express delivery = 1 month ship time
I ordered a lens almost a month ago and payed £50 for express shipping. A week later heard nothing so I emailed them. They said the payment was pending ( it wasn’t) I emailed them again and asked them to cancel. They ignored multiple requests over 3 weeks. I then raised a complaint with my bank, and oh surprise surprise , the item shipped. However I already emailed them and told them that I bought the £1000 lens elsewhere and would like a refund. Now they still haven’t replied to any of my emails and I supposedly have a duplicate £1000 lens on the way. Very poor service

This is a US company masquerading as a UK based entity. There is no hint on the website that goods will be delivered from the US. Had I known I would not have placed the order. The goods did however turn up without a customs payment requirement and they were as described. I think any attempt to return or claim under the warranty would be a nightmare
