I sent a message on WhatsApp to the number mentioned on your website, but I’m only getting automated replies instead of speaking to a real person. I’m also not getting any response on Instagram. Owner, please contact me on WhatsApp because your staff are misleading customers and damaging your reputation. My first experience with you was 5-star, but this time my experience has dropped to 1-star. Your staff are not doing their job properly. Please contact me and resolve this issue.

The Smile Center Turkey team is not at all the way they appear on social media. I also visited them after seeing their Instagram profile, but my experience was completely different from what I expected. Looking at their positive reviews, it seems like they are the number one choice, but my experience with them was totally different. I would like to advise people not to be misled by their positive reviews.( I also want to appeal to the team to carefully review and verify all of their positive reviews, because based on my experience, the reality was completely different).

Booked for lens replacement based on past dental work, but this place is a complete disaster. After a decent dental trip, I made the huge mistake of trusting them with my eyesight. That was the worst decision of my life. The booking process was a total sham. "Yusuf" and the team promised smooth organization and clear answers, but as soon as they had my deposit, the communication completely collapsed. I was left completely in the dark, stressed out, and forced to figure basic details out on my own right before flying over. Care and attention? Zero. Staff couldn't care less about patient comfort or safety. They treat you like a line item on an assembly line. My concerns were brushed off, questions were met with annoyance, and nobody cared if I was terrified or uncomfortable. The pre-op checks were a rushed joke. Instead of thorough medical care, they rushed me through assessments like cattle. The medical team was disorganized, unprofessional, and inspired zero confidence. The actual procedure felt sketchy, chaotic, and downright dangerous. Don't let the low prices fool you—it's cheap for a reason. They cut major corners everywhere. The technology looks outdated, hygiene standards are questionable, and the whole place feels like a budget factory masquerading as a medical clinic. Saving a few bucks is not worth risking your health. You are just money to them. They don't view you as a human being needing care; you are just another victim to charge. Zero compassion, zero respect, and zero dignity. Aftercare is nonexistent. The moment the operation is over and they take your money, they vanish. My post-op questions went completely ignored, leaving me stuck dealing with pain and recovery issues completely on my own in a foreign country. Huge regret. Returning to them for an eye procedure was a massive mistake that I will regret forever. My vision is worse off, and the entire experience was traumatizing. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC WITH YOUR HEALTH. !!!
