The store offers a wide selection of standard and luxury sneakers at relatively low prices. I want to say that their customer service is excellent; they’re always responsive and willing to work with you. But I’d like to mention the logistics issues separately. Delivery of my first pair took over a month due to issues with the insoles and delays between warehouses. But I’m sure these were isolated incidents, since my second pair arrived in just over a week. I ordered the Rick Owens DRKSHDW x Converse Turbowpn, and when I received them, they were too small, but the store willingly agreed to an exchange and helped me choose the right size. Also, don’t worry about fakes. Both pairs of Rick Owens shoes I received from them turned out to be completely authentic.

Avoid Sneakerstad– My Experience In my opinion, Sneakerstad has been completely unacceptable to deal with. I ordered a pair of trainers for my husband on 9th May. The company stated that delivery would take around two weeks. Unfortunately, the trainers never arrived within that timeframe, and we needed them for a special occasion. As a result, I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. It then took another 10 days for the company to agree to process the refund. On 18th May, I received an email confirming that my refund had been approved and asking me to provide my bank account details. I immediately sent the details they requested. Today is 5th August, and I still have not received my £345.54 refund. I even contacted my bank to request a chargeback, but for reasons that neither my bank nor I understand, it was rejected. Despite Sneakerstad confirming that they would refund me, they have still failed to return my money. Any claims that this company provides fast refunds are simply not consistent with my experience. More than three months after receiving confirmation that my refund would be processed, I am still waiting for my money. I've also seen many other customers reporting similar experiences, which is extremely concerning. If Sneakerstad does not refund my £345.54 immediately, I will be taking this matter further. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Sneakerstad to proceed with extreme caution. I want Sneakerstad to refund my money immediately, otherwise I will escalate this with Mastercard, European and UK trading standards. I have waited patiently for 3months for my refund and I will not wait any longer. Update: Sneakerstad has responded to my review stating that refund was processed sometime ago! This is a blatant lie! On 6th August 2026, after my review, they refunded me £335 when I paid £344.45 according to them because of exchange rate. They even rejected my refund request from my bank after waiting 3 months. Avoid this company. They have no morals and are liars.
