Customer Service is excellent
Ordering items on the website is easy and Customer Service is excellent. Always received shirts timely. The shirts are off good quality and are fitting perfectly.

I ordered at the beginning of August
I ordered at the beginning of August. Three weeks later the item was still "on hold" so I contacted them. Apparently my payment was "declined and returned". I checked and it wasn't, so I emailed back and asked them to check. They said the payment went through and they would send the order, a few days past and it was still on hold. When I asked why I wasn't notified that there was a payment issue (which there wasn't), they said I was notified via PayPal, my PayPal isn't linked so they couldn't have. They also said they didn't need to notify me because the issue would have been picked up in an audit at the end of the year. They've now cancelled my order and the money will allegedly be returned within two weeks.

Customer service this time was bad
have bought from them for years, great quality shirts. But this time made 2 seperate orders 2 weeks ago, asked for tracking numbers yesterday only to be told that the 1 top was out of stock and the dispatch department should have told me. They decided to not send the 1 top in the seperate order. Customer service woman Sonia wasnt helpful as she said they dont know if the email had been delivered or not. Update I have been in contact with Pete from Soccerlord and he has been amazing and I am very happy with the outcome and everything has been resolved so changing my rating to reflect this
