Never works to 99% disinfection
Has anyone ever been able to complete a cycle properly on a SoClean 3 + machine - with a green light at the end signifying a complete disinfection? No matter what I do the cycle ends with an orange light signifying incomplete. The machine also does not complete removing the ozone. When using with my CPAP (resmed10 air), the mask and hose now smell of ozone and then burnt even after leaving the hose and mask in the machine for over 2 hours and outside the SoClean 3+ machine for more than 30 minutes. This machine has a wick and a tiny water reservoir that has to be topped up to the brim every couple of days to operate even though most of the water is still in the reservoir. I had to wait two years after reserving the SoClean3 which was discontinued before this SoClean3+ machine was ready, and months after a 100 dollar deposit. This machine is still poorly designed and doesn't work to the 99% disinfection they advertise. Also they doubled the price and advertised a 150 dollar discount, which is no discount at all. You cannot use a mask with foam or place the headgear in the machine as ozone deteriorates the material. This does not appear anywhere is their ads. SoClean 2 deteriorated the motor of the CPAP. Also not revealed. This is way I switched to the SoClean 3+ which avoids the CPAP machine connection. Unfortunately SoClean3+ is a HUGE disappointment. Apparently SoClean2 needs some sort of added sleeve to keep ozone from leaking out which this company does not manufacture anymore. So going back is problematic.

Before buying anything from SoClean
Before buying anything from SoClean, please read the review written by Cody Sanders here. That tells you all you need to know about SoClean. I was a consistent user for over 10 years until they pulled all of these shenanigans because their product was found to be unsafe - and we had to pay the price. Hard to believe a recall is put in place (and accessories discontinued) and the company's response was not to replace the recalled unit but instead try to sell you a new one. Well, some of us didn't and now I just wash my equipment myself. Happy with the change.

Bought a So Clean 3 four years ago
Bought a so clean 3 four years ago. For almost $400 it was a bit expensive but considered it a game changer for keeping my equipment clean, but unfortunately SOCLEAN equipment cleans but the company stays dirty. They just completely quit production on filters for my so clean 3 all because they came out with a so clean 3+. Forcing customers to have to buy the new one or just be without the equipment they already paid good money for. Absolutely nothing was wrong with my 3, but now it’s useless just like the company itself. They not only did all this but now charge $700 for the new one. Even funnier they sell the idea they are offering $100 off to existing customers but yet they website offers the discount to everyone so they also partake in lying to promote sales. When I called I tried to get them to offer me a better discount or some type of trade in value, also was willing to review the new product but none of those offers were made. Customer service took 3 weeks just to respond to my email and when I finally got a call the guy acted like it was my fault that I got screwed out of money for purchasing THEIR product. Conversation was very awkward and o could tell right away their “apologies” were without any validity, it was just to get me off the phone. Poor excuse of a company, they have ZERO care for the customers. Pitiful.

After years of use with a So Clean. I was let down.
After years of Good use with a So Clean 2, I replaced with a new So Clean 3. After months and months of having trouble trying to get the machine to function and cycle properly, I spent months and months trying to explain the problems and issues I was having trying to get the machine to work. After spending all this time, they finally agreed to replace the machine. I sent the machine back, and sent me a machine with the exact same problems. I have spent hundreds and hundreds on these machines and now they want me to purchase a new $600+ So Clean 3+ machine and stopped replying to my emails. Do not Trust this company. they do not own up to there warranty and will abandon you.

SoClean 3+ , STAY AWAY
SoClean 3+ , STAY AWAY ! This has been a terrible experience. Ozone smell in mask post clean is unbearable and machine presents so many errors each time I try to use it that I simply quit. After waiting so long I am shocked they would ship this terrible unit. Hopefully the FDA forces them to take this off the market as well.
