I love my two Chesterfields in white leather . Great quality and were Delivered as promised, on time. They had made both sofas with three seat cushions but I had asked for one to have with two to look different. There was no problem they made the desired two seat cushions as I wanted and delivered them quickly. Brian, who was in charge of the delivery was great and a very good representative of the company. He Called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Great smile and great service. Chloe, who handled my purchase was very helpful, professional and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. Highly recommended Emile in Chiswick W4

The best customer experience ever
From the first telephone enquiry call I made, to the delivery of my sofa, the customer experience has been exemplary. All the sales staff were outstanding in their knowledge and very professional. The delivery drivers were wonderful, courteous and friendly. Finally a huge thank you to all the artisans involved in making my dream come true, a beautiful blue velvet chesterfield.

Extremely helpful staff throughout the entire purchase and delivery process. Every question we had was either answered immediately or within a hour. Delivery was smooth and delivery drivers polite and very helpful. Quality of workmanship cannot be faulted

Sofas have always been our 'bogey…
Sofas have always been our 'bogey piece'. They always feel perfect in the show room and then seem different when we get them home. Delighted to report that's not the case this time! From the initial visit to the showroom, meeting the lovely Zowie, who walked us through the entire process admirably, to having our sofas bespoke made to suit my back issues since having an operation and then delivering to our home, Saxon have been absolutely perfect! The quality of the make is second to none and we would highly recommend them. Thank you to all at Saxon, we've finally found what we've been searching for! 👌🏻🫶🏻
