Great customer service.
Great customer service. I had a proplem with my shipping and they helped me out very fast. The kit is high quality and has all the parts u need. It took 2 days till it got handed to shipping ans took 3 days to be shipped.

Bad product for the price
As most reviews state, the assembly is terrible. I bought the standard edition and the idea is neat in concept. The idea of a customizable kit is attractive. The problem lies in the design. The plastic used is clearly cheap. I could have 3D printed this with far better materials. But even then, the parts don't fit together in a way that functions. Get one part in, another falls out. The fan assembly alone was painful. It should not take several hours of assembly to get up and running. I honestly wouldn't even be so upset if this didn't set me back $200. Simply not worth it. Skip this and buy a different brand that is already mostly assembled and uses more sturdy materials.

Horribly designed product
Horribly designed product. They send it in a thousand 3d printed pieces and don’t even give you a manual. They expect you to keep all magnets aligned but give basic magnets with no visual indicators. Accidentally shove the magnet in from the wrong pole? You’re SOL! Seriously, I put off putting this together for so long because I was disgusted with how it was shipped. Now that I am trying to do it, it’s awful! Plan for 4-6 hours, minimum. I want a refund. Seriously, pathetic.

I am still waiting and angry
I am still waiting for my soldering iron that was missing in the package sent in April. 5 Mails later I got 1 response to wait. What a scam!

The idea is good, while the company send the raw material, not the goods, ridicuous, how could a company send batch of cheap plastic parts and take over 200USD, really shit
