The whole business is a scam. First off, the presets are nothing like advertised, the colours are terrible and was probably made in 5 seconds by sliding the colour sliders all the way to the max. Second off, they won't refund you by the full amount but instead will only refund you by a maximum of 9 dollars. Thirdly, you cannot submit a review on their website because they know that wouldn't be a good image for them, so instead they have fake 5 star reviews with fake pictures.

Disappointing Customer Service experience
Very disappointing experience with Solution Presets. I accidentally purchased the same preset pack twice using the same email, as their website didn’t indicate that I had already bought it before. I reached out to their support team requesting a simple refund for the duplicate $9 purchase, which I believe is completely reasonable. Unfortunately, I never received any response. No acknowledgement, no support, nothing. It’s frustrating when a company not only lacks basic purchase safeguards but also ignores customer inquiries afterwards. NOTE: On their advertisement on IG, they mention this: if you don't like it, we'll give your money back. All lies. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.
