We ordered a Jack Daniel’s decanter bottle Only to be grossly dissatisfied with the package received it was supplied in a carboard box with ploystrine packaging and a cheap label sticker on the bottle. Completely nothing like the advertising on The Daily Mail Website don’t fall for this totally cheap scam at £50.00 per decanter A Complete and utter ripoff then when ordering I knew it was going to be and proven correct DONT FALL FOR THIS SH1t Advert. You don’t get anything like what the advert proports.

Please take note of this and the other reviews SCAM Advert reads British owed, refused to move production to Asia to avoid mass production SO WHY DOES THIS COME FROM CHINA Advert link must send you somewhere else This is not a air con unit as advertised It's a fan and not a very gd one at that 100% money bk guarantee I doubt it, I'm trying to return it Been offered 25 to keep it Refused, so they have upped it to 45, still I'm refusding They send no label to return and quote between 50 and 80 dollars to return it bit only cost £10 delivery to come to me ??? STAY AWAY from all their products

This is a complete scam and should not be allowed to continue. Ordered two portable air conditioners and received two wall heaters! Paid£261 for them and are rubbish. Want me to pay to return them. Please don’t buy from these people. Pretend to be American but products come from China, will try to get my money back but not holding my breath!

The unit is NOT an airconditioner, it is a fan, no cold air comes out. When I emailed saying that I want to return the product for a full refund, they do not offer a return postage paid label, they tell you that it will cost between $50-$80 shipping and can they offer me $15 refund as this would be more convenient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DREADFUL EXPERIENCE

Do NOT buy from this company it’s a scam it’s not uk based it’s a room in Hong Kong ordered 2units from these shysters never heard anything back from them at all tryed emails no response no phone number nothing spent 45 min on the phone to my credit card company there refunding my money and putting it down to fraud buyers beware
