Total scam! Multi-billing and deceptive lies!
Review: WARNING! Sondo.ai is a fraudulent service using dark patterns. They completely hide the subscription cancellation button. On August 10, 2026, they charged my credit card THREE TIMES in a single day for no reason. When I contacted their support, they sent robotic messages claiming they know nothing because my account was deleted, and then lied that the payments went through Google (which is a complete lie, the bank confirmed it was processed via Stripe). Avoid at all costs, I have reported them to Stripe Compliance and my bank for fraud!

first video was kinda random tbh. changed the prompt a bit and second one looked way cleaner. works fine for my social posts, saves me doing all the editing myself

At first I I thought the videos produced were low quality but compared to the uber ripoffs at davinci ai I figured I am just getting my feet wet and the kinda wacky videos were cheap,($10). So I started thinking that my song need a video so I would give them one more chance. We , so I set up the description, (a video about a narcissistic woman) and uploaded the music and paid the $9.99 by visa. All the while I gave sondo not great feedback about the videos , where there was inanimate object traveling onto the screen have nothing to do with the song or the video description. But I. told myself that any video was better than no video. At first the music video was generating. but got stuck 3/4thru. I sent them 4 emails and 2 screen shots of what was happening, why it was stuck. So I put another $9.99 bcs the message said insufficient funds. I did that and then I got the message that there was still insufficient funds. So I ponied up another $9.99. Well so essentially nothing happened and I got the message that there were still insufficient funds. So I picked up. the phone and called my credit card company and reported them and I am going to obtain a refund for this last video,(opps , lack of a video) . I am so pissed I wish. the miscreants in singapore were in the same room as mee so we could "talk". AVOID THESE CROOKED PEckerwoods at all cost I am going to get my money back!!!!!!!!

I've written a lot of songs and started making music videos with Sondo. It's not the same as hiring a professional production team, of course, but it does a really good job bringing my ideas to life. For me that's enough and I can finally share my songs with visuals.
