This company is disgraceful
This company is disgraceful. I am a retired Metropolitan police officer living in South Africa. This company provides my pension. I had to change bank accounts. DWP Uk provided an incredible service taking less than 24 hours. Over 2 weeks later still not sorted and bank account will probably be frozen again

Outrageous
This company has to be operating illegally. Policy, frameworks and practices are quoted with no evidence they exists. Huge delays without any knowledge about steps taken and what is next. This company is carrying out civil service vetting checks and using tax payer money with little to no accountability. I would urge all to complain and escalate to their head office and to the civil service. It is outrageous

A software company, don't make me laugh!
Did I read that right, their a software company haha. A software company that can't send out password reset emails outside the working hours of 9 & 5. An absolute joke of a company!

As a simple employee, I attest Sopra Steria is an Excellent, Ethical, with only high-potentials, Client respectful, Employee-careful, French Honorable, high-Performing and Flexible Company. It deserves its first place in the Technical hearts of the highest Public and Private Companies and in PMEs, in France and internationally.

Fake UK Address
I ordered this item believing that this was a UK based company. On the website it has a UK address and telephone number, so that was the reason why I ordered my item from here as I had an important event that I needed to attend. I did not receive my order in time for the event that I needed this item by so I am quite disappointed with the service. I did email them and the company did respond to me. After reading reviews, I then realised I might have been a victim of fraud due to other peoples reactions of them not receiving their item from this company. The phone number also does not work as it goes straight to voicemail so that was raising more alarm bells for me. Although I did receive my item today (17-07-26) this website and company is not UK based. It’s based in China under false pretend with the UK address, so this company should correctly have the right information as it’s misleading incorrect information. I would say, order at your own risk but as an alternative, I would suggest shopping on UK based sites or even SHEIN at least then you know you will definitely get your order without any worry!
