gold-platted is easily washing off
Some pieces have arrived with spots without gold layer, in another piece the layer is washing off after 1 year of keeping it and planning to use it for first time. Gold layer microns are not mentioned or informed, customer service solution: to find a local jewerler to fix it (no repair service available- does not make sense if the original piece was handmade in another country). Being handmade "high-quality" statements pieces and wear by "celebrities, royal family, etc. (marketing), it is something not aceptable for the price and customer service given. Suggestion, if you get something better in pure silver, no gold-platted.

I had been hoping to buy this beautiful bracelet for a long time, so am overjoyed to finally purchase it! It looks even more beautiful that the photo on the website, and is so classy it can be worn on its own or stacked with other bracelets. It reminds me so much of my mother's watch which had a similar strap, and I frequently borrowed her watch when sitting my secondary school exams to bring me luck! Thankyou for yet another beautiful piece of jewellery.

The best customer service out there! My product was received and turned around within 24 hours.. I love every single item I have from Soru and really can’t fault anything! If only all companies were as easy to deal with!

Sadly i had a faulty earring
Sadly i had a faulty earring. I am a fan of Soru earrings, they are beautiful, starting bit of a collection... Due to busyness of day life i left for a while to contact Soru regarding this. Eventually i did, and the response i receive was brilliant. I can not fault Deb, she made the whole process, from returning the earrings, to receiving a replacement smooth and prompt. Now, i am able to enjoy wearing my Coco earrings, rather than admirring them is the box ! So, thank you Deb from Soru for your help, patience and emails Maria

Excellent customer service, gorgeous products
The products are beautiful and unique and their customer service is outstanding. A very minor issue I had with one order was sorted out with speed and grace. I love to see a company who respects their customers thriving.
