After seeing their ads inviting you to…
After seeing their ads inviting you to sell with them I decided to give it a shot and spent 40 minutes to fill out the form. The result was instant rejection under the pretense that “it’s hard to determine the value based on photos” even though I have a verbal description with carat weight, color, etc and explained I had a GIA report. I think people working there are overwhelmed with too many submissions and give you some nonsense to sound professional.

They are not good. They put a scribble for a million but if u hold a golden egg, they turn up their noses. Pride is blind. Its a club...

I had high expectations
I had high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Communication was slow and unclear, and the overall process took much longer than expected. I did not feel well informed during the transaction, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

MOST FAMOUS BUT ALL LIES AND CONJECTURE. STAY CLEAR
What was once fine institution of a fine real estate company has fallen victim and operates like a dollar store franchise. Trust pilot ought to have negative star reviews as one star is beyond generous. Stay clear of this entity. No words can describe what we just went through. -1000 stars. Read the other reviews.... they all speak to the same piper.

I got better offer with Fashionphile vs auction. Also took more than a month to release the funds. Big mistake and never again.
