DO NOT PURCHASE with this company - they deliberately mislead you in regards to what you think you’re purchasing - I purchased a personalised action figure and what arrived was a photo of the action figure - I paid £40 plus express shipping - I wouldn’t have paid £4 for what a actually received - don’t waste your money

If I could give zero stars I would!
If I could give zero stars I would! I placed a Father’s Day order mid May with guaranteed delivery for Father’s Day. I spoke with 3 separate members of staff from the customer service team when it was obvious this order wasn’t arriving on time, who all told me the shipping of my item was imminent. We’re now 7 weeks post ordering and my item still hasn’t shipped. I’ve been offered a LAUGHABLE “good will gesture” of £2 for a VIP service to expedite my order and still no movement. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

VIP shipping rip off
I deselected the vip shipping service 4 times on every page of the ordering process where it magically kept reappearing as selected. I proceed to payment and suddenly as the payment is processing the vip service has reappeared on my bill and I’ve been charged and ofcourse non existent customer service to complain

This is now my second time writing a review after the company contacted me offering free gifts as a way of an apology for waiting over a month for my order, I also paid extra for VIP shipping and still no sign the item has been shipped, Seriously avoid this SCAM of a company they are just taking people's money.

The poorest quality products at high price
Took absolutely ages to come which was to be expected and when my item arrived the quality was so poor it was laughable! It was a personalised gift and the personalisation looked absolutely nothing like what I sent over. It's all faded and come off and when I contacted them I heard nothing back! It's not a cheap website to say the least so you'd expect better quality. Won't be buying off here again. Steer clear!
