their MICHAEL JACKSON shirt promo looked amazing on insta... so I ordered for over 70EURO and I am still waiting 7 weeks later! and they don't reply to my emails. such a waste!!!

Terrible quality
For anyone looking to buy from them, or if anyone is wondering what the shirt print quality and customer service is like. I purchased multiple Soulmaty shirts at around $50 each. The fabric itself has held up fine, however the printed designs have nearly completely faded and bleached within three months and fewer than 15 wears. The red and black areas of the print lost colour intensity under normal washing conditions. Given the price point, I contacted Soulmaty customer support expecting a reasonable discussion around print durability. Initially, the tone suggested they were reviewing the issue. However, the final response stated that fading within three months is considered normal wear and not a defect. A $7 compensation was offered instead of a refund. What was disappointing was the shift in position. The conversation began as though the matter would be assessed properly, but ultimately defaulted to a blanket statement that this level of degradation is expected. For $50 graphic shirts, print durability is a core part of the product. If you are searching for Soulmaty reviews or Soulmaty print quality experiences, this was mine. And I strongly suggest you steer clear of these scammers.

Para mi fue una experiencia exitosa ya que realicé un pedido grande y lo recibí en 20 días aproximadamente la ropa se le ve con calidad y volvería a pedir sin dudarlo yo pague vía PayPal que me aporta seguridad en fin ... me sorprendió los mensajes negativos de otros personas y supe donde estaba mi pedido en cada momento si es cierto que pensé que iba a tardar mas pero llegó con previa antelación
