TuneBot Studio!!! As a student and an amateur drummer (at 74 now), my treasured Maple Star Classics sound absolutely incredible! It not only helps me tune above my ear but helps train my ear. I can tune to the same tones as my Drum Hero's I have loaned it to several pros I know and have a tough time getting it back!

I bought the brand new liberty 5 pro
I bought the brand new liberty 5 pro. I was so excited with all the features. I already have six of their other products and they all are fantastic. After a week of having these the right earbud keeps making a popping sound and then the volume wouldn't get loud any more. I was issued a replacement and it worked well but now the left ear refuses to connect. I have to keep putting the earbud in the case and taking it out just to get it to connect. I'm ready to send these back and just invest in something else.

Excellent service and support with my Soundcore Sleep A20
I would like to share my very positive experience with Soundcore’s customer service. After using my Sleep A20 earbuds for some time, the left earbud developed a charging problem. Because I have severe tinnitus and rely on these earbuds at night, this was particularly difficult for me. The support team, and Zoey in particular, handled my case with great patience, understanding and personal attention. Soundcore sent a replacement in advance, which allowed me to return the defective set afterwards. There was a brief complication with the first replacement, but Soundcore responded professionally and promptly arranged another replacement. After returning from holiday, I received the new set. I checked it carefully and confirmed that it was genuinely new. I have now used it, and it works perfectly. I am extremely happy with the result. What impressed me most was Soundcore’s willingness to listen, take responsibility and find a practical solution. The communication and follow-through ultimately restored my confidence in the company. Thank you very much to Zoey and the entire Soundcore support team for the excellent service. I am happy to give this experience five stars.
