Its in a different league
Its in a different league! Many companies have moved to having a streamlined and impersonal experience with there printers being closed off and their support being lacklustre. I have had 2 sovol printers and whenever i needed support ether due to a mistake made by myself in modifying or getting access to resources Sovol has been keen to help. It is worth buying sovol if you want this to be your hobby choose them as they will help you with everything you need (fyi if you break a individual part and need it replaced they will sell and ship that specific part to you for a decent price). They are the only brand i would recommend for a hobbyist or someone who wants a machine which they will always own.

I can only say good about them
I can only say good about them. They have fair price, if promptly contacted with issues they never had me lose time on performing normal troubleshooting if i already informed them about my test steps. Today, for the second time in a year, they responded in less than 12 hours with an already shipped replacement part. Chapeau <3 (SV08 purchased on their website with official enclosure on August 2025)

Sovol printers have always been a…
Sovol printers have always been a pleasure to work with. My first was a Sovol SV06, which was leagues better to work with than my old anet printer. I currently have a Sovol Zero, and it has been giving me excellent prints at VERY fast speeds. Sovol customer service has always been great, and they cultivate a great community.

Great 3d product line
I've had a great results over the years of working with the various 3d printers(Sv05, Sv07, Sv08's), filaments and filament dryers. Most issues I've had were user errors. I can't complain about their products because I've really never had issues. I will continue to use them.

I'd definitely recommend giving sovol printers a chance.
I bought my sovol sv06 ace second hand, however everything worked perfectly!this was the first printer I've owned that worked with klipper and my god the speed difference to marlin is phenomenal! My only criticism would be that the bed is rather warped, however the bed mesh takes care of the that,so all in all id recommend getting a sovol printer, they are good value for the money.
