Order possibly lost, replacement still not confirmed
I placed my first Space NK order on 20 August, using the 15% first-order discount. The order still has not been dispatched, and the website continues to show it as waiting to be processed. As I live in Ireland, calling their UK number is not a practical option, and Space NK has removed both its live-chat and WhatsApp services. Email is therefore my only way to contact customer service. My first two emails received generic replies saying there were delays and that my order was “safe” in their system, without providing any meaningful update or estimated dispatch date. When I contacted them for a third time, I was finally told that the order might have been lost and that a replacement would be processed. However, I have received no confirmation, replacement order number or tracking information, and there is no update on my account. It still shows only the original 20 August order awaiting dispatch. I am willing to wait until the end of this week for confirmation that the replacement has genuinely been dispatched. If there is still no update, I want the order cancelled and fully refunded without being told that I must continue waiting or return a product that I have never received. I could go to a Space NK store and purchase in person, but I would lose the 15% first-order discount I used on this order. I should not have to pay more because Space NK lost or failed to process my original purchase. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of clear and consistent communication is incredibly frustrating. I should not have to repeatedly chase customer service just to find out whether my order exists, has been lost, or is actually being replaced. I would like Space NK to provide a definite update and dispatch the replacement without further delay.

Feeling ripped off - discount code vanishing
First order with the incentive offer of a 20% off plus a beauty box for all . Unfortunately, the 20% discount would not stay in the basket with a need to re-add multiple times whilst shopping. And sadly I placed the order and then realised the “first20” had vanished yet again. On both phone and laptop. Live chat wasn’t available (sat 29th mid morning) and so I called and had to hang up. after 51 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. No way of getting in touch with anyone at SpaceNK. No way of cancelling the order (and I suspect the key to cancel was disabled) Not great. Being unavailable means easy money.
