1. Great APIs layout for SME development; Easy to use and rich content for anything related to shipments; 2. Proactive and warm after-sales service: Once we had a massive charge levied by UPS worldwide saver service and the spaceship team helped us to clarify the problem and even refunded a huge amount of fees charged by UPS (though we made the mistake on parcel dimensions at the first place) Will always be a fan to this company.
