bad service as its rating, slanderer
I don't understand why my domain provider trusts this service. They are making accusations about things I never did and demanding that I have to prove that I didn't do . They are basing their accusations solely on traffic patterns without having any actual evidence, this means nothing more than slander. Just look at their ratings — that alone reflects the true value of their service. To the DNS providers partnering with this service, get ready to see your customers run away.

My small business keeps getting blocked from emailing customers and we are losing money
My small business keeps getting repeatedly blocked and the removal process continues to prove a joke. Why are they blocking our business emails to clients? There is absolutely no reason for it. We are not spam, just a small business that has been trying to contact our customers and are losing business and trust in our customers because of this. There is not a thing we can do. There is no person we can contact and just keep going in circles trying to navigate through this! If I could give spamhaus a minus 0 star, that would most accurate.

I found out a magazine I run was…
I found out a magazine I run was blacklisted by this operation. I wrote and they refused to engage at all and send robot messages saying not to file reports with a VPN and what not. This is a shoddy operation with no oversight or respect for the law. The upside is that now we are covering Spamhaus in our podcast. They are an undemocratic "organisation" which has no authority to effectively defame legitimate businesses and publications. Savageminds.co

This company constantly blocking our emails
This company constantly blocking our website, we did everything they asked and fixed all the problems and 2 weeks later they have blocked us again. Can you actually believe the LIES this website are now saying our website is associated with a different domain so they are treating it the same. Our website has a dedicated IP with no other websites linked yet they continue to block our emails.

These people are a menace
These people are a menace with a long history of bogus blacklisting. They lost a lawsuit for their incompetent sleaze for over 11 million dollars. The lawsuit was vacated only because they aren’t a US company. All US government agencies and businesses need to ban using them.
