This is a theft! SCAM!

This is a scam! DO NOT BUY. I will sue this company. Context: The shop shows that the parcel was handed over for delivery, but DPD tracking says the parcel is still only being prepared by the sender and has not actually been received by DPD. This creates a serious mismatch between what the seller claims and what the courier shows. Because there is no clear proof that the package was actually shipped, this isy scam-like and very untrustworthy. I requested clarification/cancellation and a refund. Their customer support is "closed", there isnt any way to contact them. This is a theft, and I will solve this with my lawyer. Its not about the money, it is about the principle
