DO NOT ORDER HERE. SCAM. You will receive clothing that is not even close to the photos. Only after ordering you will find out that the order must come from China. The quality is so so poorly. If you then want to return your product, because it is mud, then you simply will NOT be helped!!!! They go out of their way to make it extremely difficult and not help you. I am going to report and report this website to the authorities. THIS CAN NOT BE TRUE. Please!!! Do not make the same mistake.

Unbelievable bad service.
Unbelievable bad service. Sent wrong products which were shipped from Germany. But shipping back has to made done to the US (costs of 55€!)

After ordering shoes here a couple of days ago, I was thinking about this website and how it was odd that they had a lot of popular Pinterest items in their shop, so I googled reviews about it. Turns out my gut feeling was right. I emailed them twice so far asking to cancel my order and they have not responded. Awful that they send a ‘personal’ email right after your order with a huge discount on your next purchase, so that you will buy some more right way and lose even more money, but yet they can’t even reply to a cancellation request. I threatened to give negative reviews on social media, which I will do if they do not cancel it after this review. @Speakshop.co, PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER #98381 or I will definitely post negatively all over social media!

Such a shame this shop still operates
Contrary to majority of reviews here I did receive my order within 5 weeks which is what the company states on their website. I did send them an email when they sent a fake tracking number. They did provide another tracking link which showed no tracking info and miraculously updated 3 days before package arrived. Now, onto merchandise, the good news is 4 out 5 pieces ordered were delivered. In addition to 1 missing dress, the bad news is I doubt Goodwill or Salvation Army would accept any of the items that arrived. Material - plastic, cheap, unpleasant on skin with an unpleasant smell to it. Clasps, snaps, buttons, pockets, etc - Mattel makes better quality ones for their Barbie dolls. Fit - atrocious at best! One dress has sleeves of different widths, the other dress is designed for person with no torso with waistline starting directly under the chest and my favorite, the Medium size sweatshirt that I deliberately ordered in a bigger size for me, perfectly fits my 7 year old son!! With so many negative reviews already it is beyond my comprehension why this shop would not close permanently or change suppliers. As it stands now, I emailed the shop asking to refund the cost of the missing dress. They are yet to reply. Will update this thread with results of this request. Business 101 - more revenue comes from repeat customers. With this shipment I certainly will not be one of them. Shame!

Teleurstellend en nooit meer
In september een bestelling geplaatst pas na meerdere mails vandaag eindelijk aangekomen! (5 tot 6 weken levertijd en opmerking van de klantendienst of ik wel de leveringsvoorwaarden had gelezen!) Spijtig dat de 4 bikini tops niet van goede kwaliteit zijn. Teveel betaald voor lage kwaliteit en spijtig genoeg dat je pas na het plaatsen van de bestelling te weten komt dat het product uit China komt. Bijwerking op 10/01/2021: Ik kreeg op mijn review een reactie dat ik even een mail moest sturen...ben nog steeds wachtende op antwoord! Zegt enorm veel over de service van dit bedrijf...waardeloos
