What makes my experience great ?
What makes my experience great? Well first their employees, they make a great team knowledgeable ready to help you and answer any questions or problems you might have trying to do their best to accomplish your plans, ideas and even dreams they are the best. Second a company that backs them up making everything posible. There is a reason specialized is a well known bike company and thats because they do things the right way listening to the customer their inputs their ideas and the customer want and specialized take all that and with their team they make perfection and beautiful machines thank you

Battery issues twice, and slow response from Specialized
We have 2 Specialized bikes. Twice, the battery has suddenly died - the first time, within 3 months of buying the bike. The second time, the battery is within warranty, but it is taking SO LONG for the battery to be replaced. The local bike shop does not have any loaner batteries, it took 3 days for Specialized to approve the process of getting a new battery, even though it's still in warranty, and we are on day 4 after that of waiting. The local bike shop says Specialized does not keep them posted as to status of shipping etc. WE WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER SPECIALIZED BIKE. This has happened TWICE. We are considering selling the bike that is in the shop and buying another brand. (I want to, my spouse is going to power through this).
