always receive giftcards even if it gets delayed
I bought a total of 9 gift cards from this service. Some cards were available instantly and did not require any additional steps, while others required following links to third-party websites and using security codes provided there. I only had one issue where I had to wait for technical support because one of their partners had run out of the gift card I ordered. The issue was resolved within about 6 hours, which I thought was reasonable. It appears that the support team may be located outside the U.S., possibly in Europe, so the response time is understandable. One suggestion for improvement would be better transparency about gift card availability. If a vendor is temporarily out of cards or the account balance with the vendor is too low to fulfill orders, it would be helpful to simply mark that particular gift card as "Out of Stock." This would avoid placing an order that cannot be fulfilled immediately. Overall, I had a good experience and would use the service again.

I have experienced several times that gift cards issued by spendcrypto says an amount that you chose and paid for, however, when you try using the giftcard it actually is zero. This has happened several times. Furthermore, there prepaid cards for reloadly and swipe.cards are useless. Actually are the cards a scam. Be aware and rather use other platforms, which might be expensive but atleast work and deliver what they sell you.

I bought a number of gift cards from this platform. Firstly I had to pay alot for the giftcards, it was like 10% of the amount value. But that is fair I guess! What however is not fair is them issuing gift card for a given value, but the actual gift card not having that specified value. Thos has happened with several gift cards which were bought in December 2025. Gift cards which were supposed to have 1000 Krones only had 200-300 Krones. In some cases the entire value was zeroed out, upon investigated with the shop, they checked and found out that the card was never issued with the specified amount. So, if you intend to use their services, I would recommend trying with small amounts and atleast a couple or three times before you buy too many giftcards and especially with large amounts, as there is No one to be contacted 4-5 months after the transaction was performed and you happen not to have details of the payment that was made using crypto. And the Swype cards bought here was a total disaster, all money was lost.

I purchased Just eat card and $100 prepaid card and when inapid for it it kept saying error i Hope this issue gets fixed :/ ive purchased of here for years just this once its ever happned (this issue was resolved ) excellent service
