I don’t like giving them 1 star,. Don’t play on that platform. They never answered questions, support is just for waste your time. I made withdrawal on 10 May and still didn’t receive them today is 1 August!!! They policy was saying from 7 to 21 working days, but I still waiting. That platform is just making me upset!😠

Mein Konto ist verfiziert , laut Support alles ok . Meine Zahlung wird seit 5 Wochen hingehalten . Ich warte auf 1520€ die angeblich in Bearbeitung sind aber verzögert ! Sie geben 7-21 Werktage an , in meinem Fall war die Beantragung am 30.03.26 die Frist dafür wäre der 29.04.26 gewesen . Die Auszahlung befindet sich weiter in Bearbeitung und verzögert sich . Man wird mit standartantworten vertröstet

They haven’t honoured their stated timeline. The withdrawal was supposed to be processed within 7–21 days, but it’s now been over a month. The request was initiated on March 4, 2026, and as of April 11, 2026, there’s still no resolution. Each day, I’m receiving the same repeated response with no meaningful update. They keep answering with the same generic response. I completely understand how upsetting this is, and I'm really sorry for the delay. I've sent a reminder to our financial department to highlight your case, and I'll keep you updated as soon as there's any progress. Thanks for sticking with us while we get this sorted. I hear how frustrating this is, and I’m sorry it feels like you’re not getting anywhere. Your case has been flagged for extra attention, and I’ll keep watching for any updates. I know this isn’t the experience you expected, and I appreciate you sticking with it while we get this resolved. They are scammers. beware!

Ok so dont use spicy jackpot
Ok so, spicy jackpots has taken a turn for the worst guys. DO not deposit anytime soon. 1.false information given on site= it says a withdrawal can take up to 7 to 21 days, which is rediculous , especially for a loyal customer anyway, and they have exceeded there own time frame. 2. Customer service pit me throigh to a "specialist" called kate which quite literally has ignored the fact i was asking for a new password which a collegue managed to do for me in seconds previously. Infact she is ignoring me now. 3. You cant make a withdrawal when one is pending, meaning the site is useless if you win, you cant withdraw. I deposited on the 15th of feb, i am still waiting , there reason is that they are going throigh verifying checks??? Ive deposited and withdrawn for years. They must be going down hill. Honestly if you want to waste money for a joke, use spicy jackpots . They have exceeded there own time frame and cant explain what it is they are reviewing, apart feom a load of bullshit, like lookong at transaction history!!! Umm excuse me !!!! And she has jusy ended my chat without helping again,
