Changed paid plans and does not do as promised
I wanted to use Squibler to help me with my own manuscript. I bought the paid for option in late 2025, which then turned into a lower tier and requested more money from me. The software could not do anything I needed. I asked it to compile chapters from my pdf manuscript, it rewrote my entire story in a terrible way and made a complete mess of things. The 10,000 credits run out after about 4 prompts. It is absolutely abysmal, do not waste your time.

I don't even want to give them one star…
I don't even want to give them one star let alone even give them any acknowledgment in any way shape or form. They are that terrible. The reason I say that is how incredibly near impossible they have made it for a user to resolve any accidental subscription issues. Meaning... I'm an idiot that had signed up for a free trial. Dumb. We've all done that thing where we want to try an app, with a free trial, and then life happens, gets in the way, and oops, next thing you know you're being charged 187 dollars for some app that didn't even do what it advertised anyway. An app that actually did the complete opposite of what you had signed up for. And that's how Squibler is. And to get ahold of them, the only way to contact them, is through discord. Which is fine and dandy, maybe, if you can even log in to Discord. I apparently cannot due to the fact that the email I had signed up with has a storage issue. So with no way to contact them, I am stuck with being charged on a daily basis for 187. dollars. Getting on their web app I go into the manage subscriptions portal and it does show I have already opted for the cancellation of my trial, however, it also states that it will be canceled in exactly one year from the day I had initially gotten said trial. Neato. So you mean to tell me I risk losing any money I make (because I am currently living off of side hustles and gigs to live. So not much at all.) for an entire year, because I cancelled the trial the day OF the trials end? Which is too late supposedly? I guess that's where they'll get you in that "small print" in the terms and conditions though, I bet. Anyway just be careful. They're a shady, shady app. Very clever and smart, honestly, but pretty damn disgusting if you ask me.

Squibler did a fantastic job…
Squibler did a fantastic job finalizing and printing a memoir for my mother. The book is beautiful from cover to cover. The hardcover of the book has a vibrant and glossy appeal. It does not look cheap or thrown together. Squibler used exquisite products and materials to create the book. I provided the words and images and they provided the appeal. I highly recommend Squibler to anyone that is looking to create a book of their own.

Bad performance
This is the second time I have purchased the Pro subscription. It works well for the first few days, but after that, the performance becomes terrible. It gets so bad that it is completely impossible to use; prompts just say "loading" for hours. I have tried everything support asked me to do, but nothing has changed. I paid a lot of money for this program, but I am not getting any value out of it.

Neat experience
While a story line was provided, it was easy to alter as needed. Fun experience. I recommend Squibler to anyone wanted to have a good time just playing around or to the serious writer as well.
