Nightmare when you need support.
I have been using Waziper.com by Stackposts. The recent encounter was a nightmare. It begins with Waziper unable to generate QR code to add WhatsApp rendering it useless, the customer service links were all not working and the billing information was not working as well. Which means you cannot cancel your subscription unless you cancel your credit card. After a few months, the site worked again but only for 2 weeks. Then the items is totally unaccessible. Email only received auto reply and the category for online support does not have Waziper option.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Stackposts support. Despite raising multiple tickets and clearly explaining my issues, the responses were extremely slow and often generic, without actually addressing the problem. It feels like the support team does not properly understand or investigate customer concerns. This is especially frustrating because I am using their platform for WhatsApp API automation, which is a critical service for my work. Delays and unresolved issues directly impact business operations. What I expected: Timely responses Proper troubleshooting Clear and effective solutions What I received: Delayed replies Repetitive/generic responses No real resolution If you are planning to rely on this platform for serious usage, be cautious. Support quality is just as important as the product, and unfortunately, this is where Stackposts falls short. I hope they improve their support system and take customer issues more seriously.

Excellent Script and A+ Support
We are using this script and many of its extra modules for many many years. We have waited longtime before writing a review to be sure about our own thoughts. And after all those years: I must say that it is a regularly updated, amazing script with excellent features. Of course, sometimes there are changes in social media channels and the developer team are doing their best to update necessary changes accordingly. I must say that in the overall, we are very satisfied with the general outcomes of this app. Also the team has added lots of new features this year and we are happy to see they are working non-stop to try make it better each day. The version 8.2 is almost stable and we believe now this script strongly deserves a 5 star rating... Thanks to the team for doing their best to continue the support and constantly developing this App. Best regards to all.
